Core Return Policy - Parts Only
Core returns will be accepted when received within 60 days of original purchase. After 60 days, core credit refunds will be at the discretion of DEFEO.
A “Core Return Packing Slip” is provided to you for the items you purchased that contain a core charge. For most domestic orders under 70 lbs., a pre-printed “UPS Return Label” will also be provided for each core.
To return your core for credit, please package securely in a box, or onto a pallet if a larger part, or multiple parts. Place a copy of the “Core Return Packing Slip” securely on the outside of the package along with the “UPS Return Label” provided. If you use the label provided, you will be charged for the UPS costs when we receive the core back into stock. If a credit card was used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return, it will be credited with the core's original invoiced value, less the cost of the “UPS Return Label”.
When no UPS return label has been provided, or you choose to use your own return carrier, we recommend using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product is returned safely. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred for shipping the core back.
Please clean and drain all fluids, if any, from the core. The core returned must be a like-for-like make, version, model, type and part number. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged minor or major components will not receive full core credit.
