A distributor is a company who buys and inventories parts for resale from Xcalliber. Each distributor Is granted distribution rights in a designated country, territory, or region. Parts are shipped and billed to distributor; distributor is then responsible for marking up and shipping products from their warehouse to their customers. Any customers or potential customers that contact Xcalliber located in the designated distributor territory will be forwarded directly to the distributor. A sales representative is someone who works for Xcalliber strictly on a commission basis only. A sales representative may be granted customer exclusivity in a specific territory, country, industry, or region. Prices for parts are determined by Xcalliber. Customers place orders directly with Xcalliber, or the Sales Representative. Parts are shipped from a Xcalliber warehouse directly to the customers requested shipping point. Sales Representatives are not responsible for inventorying any parts or products.
